1. Our role
RV Insurance Match is a marketing and consumer-matching service. We are not an insurance company, agency, or producer; we do not sell, solicit, negotiate, issue, underwrite, recommend, quote, or bind insurance. We may connect a validly consented request with a licensed provider or agency identified in the applicable Marketing Partners directory. Those parties—not RV Insurance Match—are responsible for their quotes, advice, eligibility decisions, communications, products, policy terms, and services.
2. No guarantee of a quote, price, or coverage
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will contact you, offer insurance, offer a particular policy, or provide a particular price or level of savings. Any example, description, or educational content on the site is general and does not modify an insurance policy. The actual policy documents control.
3. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to submit a request only for yourself or a person who authorized you to act. You may not impersonate another person, submit misleading information, or use someone else’s contact details without permission.
4. Communications consent
When you check the consent box and submit a request, you agree to the disclosure presented with that form. Your consent record may include the text accepted, submission time, IP address, device information, and source page. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. 5. Licensed providers and compensation
External requests are routed only after we verify that the receiving business is appropriately licensed for the relevant product and state. Our arrangements are intended to compensate us for marketing or lead delivery—not for selling, soliciting, negotiating, recommending, or binding insurance. We do not accept compensation contingent on a policy purchase where doing so would require a license we do not hold.
6. Acceptable use
