- Privacy-request information: details needed to locate your records and respond to a request.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, or other sensitive data through our forms.

We do not permit service providers to use personal information for purposes outside the services they perform for us. A provider that receives your requested lead may process it under its own privacy policy.
No external insurance provider is active in directory version partners-v1. We will not route an older lead to a provider that was not identified when that lead was submitted without obtaining a fresh, valid consent.
5. Calls, texts, and email
If you give the requested consent, we and participating providers may contact you about RV insurance at the telephone number and email address you supplied. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to a text to opt out of texts from that sender, use an email’s unsubscribe link, or tell a caller that you do not want additional calls. Opting out of one sender may not automatically opt you out from a different provider. You may also revoke consent through our Privacy Choices form.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential browser technologies support the site and forms. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics,” and our funnel events do not include your name, email address, telephone number, or complete quote answers. You may decline optional analytics without affecting the quote form. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal automatically prevents optional analytics from loading. Because no external lead buyer is currently active, sale or sharing is not occurring; if that changes, we will update our controls before routing leads.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Consent, suppression, and telemarketing compliance records may be retained for at least five years where required, while other lead data is retained only as reasonably needed for operations, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
